A public discussion of the draft order of the Ministry of Transport on quarterly reporting of carriers has begun On the unified portal of disclosure of legal information, a public discussion of the draft order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation "On approval of the form of quarterly reports on the implementation of regular transportation and the timing of sending these reports" has begun.

The project was developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 220-FZ of July 13, 2015 "On the organization of regular transportation of passengers and luggage by road and urban ground electric transport in the Russian Federation and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation", is specified in the explanatory note to the document. Part 2 of Article 37 of this law provides for the approval of the form of quarterly reports on the implementation of regular transportation, as well as the timing of their referral to the authorized executive authorities of the Russian Federation, the subject of the Russian Federation and local self-government. 

The specified form of reports can be found in the text of the draft document. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in regular transportation of passengers and luggage by road and urban ground electric transport will have to submit reports by the 10th day after the reporting period. The public discussion of the draft regulatory legal act will end on August 25, 2015. The planned date of entry into force is February 2016.
